 Weight Loss and Detox Instructions

Please refrigerate product immediately (Mix with a spoon prior to use)

Items needed

·        Table spoon
·        Warm or room temperature water
·        Cup

How to use

Heat a cup of water over the stove and not in the microwave. 
Mix the weight loss and detox well before each use.

Pour warm or room temperature water into a cup, add 2 table spoons of the 8 day weight loss plus 
detox, and mixed together. Drink everything in the cup at once and do not sip like a tea.

Option 1(minimal weight loss results)
Drink detox plus weight loss first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and do not eat or 
drink anything for 1 hour. You may drink water after an hour and continue to do so for a total of 
8 glasses per day. Eat a healthy diet of your choice but limit portion size to 2½ cups per meal.

Option 2 (best weight loss and detoxification results)****

Drink the weight loss and detox first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and do not eat 
or drink anything until lunch. You may drink water after an hour and continue to do so for a total 
of 8 glasses per day. Eat a healthy lunch and dinner using Dr. J's meal plan outlined below. 
Limit meal portions to 2 ½ cups total per meal.

Option 3 (intense weight loss results)

Drink the weight loss and detox first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and do not eat                                                                                                                                               or drink anything until lunch. You may drink water after an hour and continue to do so for a total
of 8 glasses per day. Eat a healthy lunch and dinner using Dr. J’s meal plan outlined below.
Limit meal portions to 1 ½ cups total per meal.

Nutri Total Supplement Use – While on the 8 plan, Take a cap full (2 tbsp) with or after lunch or dinner

Eating a healthy diet

The 8 day weight loss and detox plan removes toxins from your body and restores it to a natural healthy

state. You will have regular bowel movement as this detox plan does not cause adverse changes.

Eat only of fresh fruits and vegetable and avoid canned products while on this diet.

For best results use option 2.

Exercise Plan

Exercise daily for 30-45 mins, 4-6 days a week. Start with fast walking if you are

not in shape. For best results try a combination of 30 mins weight training and 35

mins cardiovascular exercises such as fast running. For a detailed exercise plan,

please refer to exercises in section 4 of the book, “Overcome Diabetes Naturally”.

Use Dr.J’s homemade dressing

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest.
2. 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
3. 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
4. 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
5. 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste.
6. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
7. Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Wisk ingredients together in a bowl till emulsified

Two Snacks allowed: 1. Between breakfast and lunch  2. Lunch and dinner (optional).

Water – Drink 8 glasses per day. Drink a glass of water with or after each meal.

You must drink 4 glasses of water by lunch, 7 by dinner and 8 by late evening.

 

Tips for success

·         Stick to the diet for 8 days consecutively and DO NOT SKIP DAYS.

·         Eat only fresh fruits and vegetable and not frozen or canned. Drink only filtered water.

·         Avoid dairy products, juices and nuts while on this diet.

·         Exercise daily
