Repeat 3 times daily for 1 min each side.

Healthy Diet

Eating Habits – A poor diet can increase estrogen levels and prohibit your body’s ability to break down and secrete excess estrogen.
Organic foods – Pesticides affect estrogen and other hormones, choose organic foods.

Fresh foods – Eat fresh fruits and vegetable and more home cooked meals.

High iron foods – Eat more iron rich food as heavy and frequent period cause its loss. Include high iron foods like organ meats,

grass-fed beef, and legumes in your diet.
Flax, hemp and chia seeds – help balance estrogen levels. Add 2 tablespoons per day to your daily diet.
Cruciferous vegetables –cruciferous vegetables (indole-3-carbinol) can support detoxification of liver and balancing estrogen levels.
Green leafy vegetables – high in vitamin K help with blood clotting and better control menstrual bleeding.

Fiber – Increasing fiber intake will lower estrogen production which helps stop fibroid growth.

Foods to Avoid

High fat processed meats – Increase inflammation due to additives eg: vegetarian meats,can foods, deli meats.
Conventional dairy products – Non-organic dairy is very high in steriods and other chemicals that can alter hormones.
Refined sugar – Increases pain and reduces immune function.
Alcohol – Increases inflammation and reduces immune function.
Caffeine – Can cause hormonal imbalances.

Foods to eliminate from your diet:

* Saturated fats from meats
* Alcohol
* Sugar – which elevates estrogen in the body

* Refined carbohydrates

Recommended foods include:

* Green vegetables such as: spinach, kale and broccoli.
* Whole grains such as: buckwheat, oats, millet and brown rice.

Sitz Baths 
Hot sitz baths is said to help enhance blood flow to the uterus. This will help improve circulation and reduce fibroid growth. Add Dr. J’s bath salts for best results.
